WoWMe - Terms & Conditions

1. Account Ownership

All user and trainer accounts created on WoWMe are the sole property of WoWMe. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially in cases of policy violation, negative reviews, or suspected misconduct.

2. User and Trainer Conduct

• No Off-Platform Solicitation: Users and Trainers agree not to solicit, initiate, or conduct training sessions outside of the WoWMe platform. Doing so may result in permanent suspension.
• Trainer Liability: Trainers agree that they are solely responsible for declaring and paying any and all applicable taxes resulting from income earned through WoWMe.
• Mutual Risk Waiver: WoWMe is not liable for any outcomes, damages, or disputes arising from in-person interactions or training sessions arranged through the platform. Both parties engage at their own risk.
• Client Data Sharing: Trainers consent to having their profile and relevant information shared with Users.

3. Stripe Integration (Trainers Only)

By becoming a Trainer on WoWMe, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Terms of Service: https://stripe.com/legal/ssa. Trainers must provide accurate personal and payment information to enable Stripe Connect payouts.

4. Reviews & Ratings

We reserve the right to remove any User or Trainer account based on consistently poor reviews, repeated complaints, or any form of user misconduct.

5. Marketing Consent

By creating an account, Users and Trainers consent to receiving promotional messages, product updates, feature announcements, and marketing communications from WoWMe. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Termination

WoWMe may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice, for any violation of these Terms or behavior deemed harmful to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoWMe disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Password Security and Identity Protection

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords. WoWMe is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from stolen or leaked credentials. In the event of suspected identity impersonation or account compromise, you must notify us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate actions, but we disclaim liability for losses due to identity theft unless caused by our proven negligence.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
